f you've been struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others, you're not alone. You may find yourself withdrawing from social situations, losing interest in activities you once enjoyed, or feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt and worry. Maybe you've developed coping habits that helped you get through difficult moments but are no longer supporting the life you want to build.

I believe many of the challenges we face are connected to our life experiences, relationships, and environments. Our upbringing, family dynamics, friendships, cultural background, and significant life events all play a role in shaping how we view ourselves and interact with the world around us. Together, we'll explore these experiences to better understand the patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles.

As a biracial individual, I understand how identity, culture, and belonging can influence our mental health and sense of self. I strive to approach therapy with curiosity and cultural awareness, recognizing that every person's experience is unique and may not fit within traditional definitions of family, relationships, or personal growth.

My therapeutic style is rooted in person-centered therapy while incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills when appropriate. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can identify patterns, build healthy coping skills, and work toward greater emotional well-being together.

One area I personally understand is perfectionism. Learning to balance high expectations with self-compassion has taught me the importance of extending ourselves the same kindness we often give to others. This perspective influences how I support clients who are navigating self-criticism, stress, and the pressure to always get things right.

My passion for mental health extends beyond the therapy room. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in a Mental Health Ambassador Program, contributed to mental health awareness initiatives on campus, and volunteered with Crisis Text Line. These experiences reinforced my commitment to helping others feel supported and connected.

I am currently pursuing my graduate degree and working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My hope is to provide a welcoming environment where clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves and know they do not have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, and connecting with others through shared interests. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.
