Therapy & Strategic Consulting for Women Entrepreneurs
Helping ambitious women build businesses without abandoning themselves.
Building a business has a funny way of calling your bluff. It’ll expose every story you’ve been telling yourself. Every fear you’ve tried to outrun. Every place you’ve been playing small. Every belief that says you have to earn your worth before you’re allowed to rest.
It will expose your perfectionism.
Your fear of failure.
Your people-pleasing.
Your need to control everything.
The burnout you’ve convinced yourself is “just part of being successful.”
The internet is full of people telling you how to scale your business. Far fewer people are asking whether the person building it is okay.
Very few people help you become the version of yourself who can actually hold the success you’re working so hard to create.
That’s where I come in.
Therapy for Entrepreneurs
Sometimes the biggest obstacle in your business isn’t your marketing strategy.
It’s your nervous system.
If every decision feels overwhelming…
If you second guess yourself constantly…
If you’re terrified of raising your prices…
If success somehow feels just as scary as failure…
If you’ve lost yourself while building something you love…
Those aren’t business problems. They’re human ones. Therapy gives us the space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you’re no longer running your business from survival mode.
Together we work through things like:
Burnout and chronic stress
Anxiety and overwhelm
Perfectionism
Imposter syndrome
Trauma that shows up in leadership
Boundaries with clients and employees
Emotional regulation
Identity outside of productivity
Work-life balance that actually feels sustainable
Because healing yourself often transforms your business.
Strategic Consulting
Sometimes you don’t need therapy.
Sometimes you need someone who understands both people and business.
Strategic Consulting is designed for women entrepreneurs who want a trusted thought partner while growing their business.
This isn’t about teaching cookie-cutter business strategies.
It’s about helping you make aligned decisions, navigate leadership challenges, think through difficult situations, and build a business that fits your life instead of consuming it.
We might work through things like:
Decision fatigue
Leadership mindset
Hiring and managing people
Difficult conversations
Business growth without burnout
Values-based leadership
Creating sustainable systems
Navigating transitions
Avoiding self-sabotage during growth
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan that actually feels like you.
What’s the Difference?
Therapy
Therapy focuses on your mental health, emotional well-being, healing, and personal growth. Together we explore patterns, trauma, anxiety, relationships, identity, and the experiences that influence how you show up in every area of your life—including your business.
Therapy is a healthcare service and is only available where I’m licensed.
Strategic Consulting
Consulting focuses on present-day challenges, leadership, decision-making, business growth, and professional development. We use psychological insight to strengthen your leadership, but consulting is not mental health treatment and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Consulting is ideal for entrepreneurs, executives, practice owners, and professionals looking for strategic guidance rather than mental health treatment.
If we determine therapy would better support your goals, we’ll talk about that together.
Success Without Survival Mode
I don’t believe success should require sacrificing your peace.
I don’t believe hustle is a personality trait.
And I definitely don’t believe burnout is a badge of honor.
My work blends psychology, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practical strategy to help women build businesses from a place of alignment instead of constant survival.
Because the healthiest business you’ll ever build starts with the person running it.
I’ve spent years helping people understand why they do what they do. Consulting simply brings that same lens into leadership and business. We don’t just look at your next move. We look at the beliefs behind the move. The fears behind the hesitation. The patterns that keep repeating.
Because when your mindset changes, your leadership changes too.
Is This Right for You?
This work may be a great fit if you are:
A business owner or entrepreneur
A therapist building a private practice
A woman stepping into leadership
Constantly “on” and struggling to slow down
Feeling successful on paper but exhausted underneath
Ready to grow without abandoning yourself
or…
You replay every decision after making it.
You struggle to turn work off.
You’re the person everyone depends on.
You’re successful on paper but exhausted in private.
You constantly wonder if you’re doing enough.
You built the business you dreamed about… but somehow don’t feel like yourself anymore.
Why I do the work…
This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve walked this road too.
I know what it’s like to build something that looks successful from the outside while quietly wondering if you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.
Years ago, I found myself looking at the business I’d spent years building and realizing it no longer reflected who I was. Somewhere between trying to do everything “the right way,” chasing everyone else’s definition of success, and fitting into systems that were never designed for people like me, I lost my own voice.
That realization changed everything.
I stopped trying to build a business that looked successful and started building one that felt aligned.
That shift didn’t just change my business,it changed how I lead, how I make decisions, how I show up for my clients, and how I define success.
That’s why I care so deeply about supporting women entrepreneurs, founders, executives, therapists, and business owners. Not because I read about burnout, perfectionism, leadership, or mindset in a textbook, but because I’ve lived through them. I know what decision fatigue feels like. I know what it’s feels like to question yourself after every big move. I know what it’s feels like to carry the weight of everyone depending on you while wondering who’s taking care of you.
I also know what happens when you begin doing the inner work. When you understand your nervous system instead of fighting it. When you recognize the subconscious patterns that have been running the show. When you stop leading from survival mode and start leading from a place of alignment.
Everything changes.
Your business changes.
Your leadership changes.
Your relationships change.
Most importantly, you change.
Because the hardest part of building a successful business isn’t creating the business. It’s refusing to abandon yourself while you do it.
That’s the work I’m passionate about.
Helping ambitious women build businesses, careers, and lives that reflect who they truly are, not who the world told them they had to become.
Ready to Build Something Sustainable?
Whether you’re looking for therapy, strategic consulting, leadership development, or you’re simply not sure what kind of support you need, we’ll start with a conversation.
Whether you’re a woman entrepreneur, founder, executive, private practice owner, or business leader navigating entrepreneur burnout, decision fatigue, mindset challenges, or the pressure of balancing success with your well-being, we’ll meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, identify the patterns shaping your leadership, and determine whether therapy or strategic consulting is the best fit for your goals.
Because building a successful business shouldn’t come at the expense of your mental health, your nervous system, your relationships, or your sense of self.
My goal isn’t just to help you build a better business.
It’s to help you build a life, a business, and a version of success that you don’t have to recover from.
Questions You Should Ask
-
Absolutely. Building a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring unique emotional challenges. Entrepreneurs often carry the weight of making difficult decisions, managing uncertainty, leading others, and balancing the demands of work with their personal lives. Therapy provides a space to step away from the pressure, understand the patterns driving stress or burnout, and develop healthier ways of leading both yourself and your business. You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to benefit from therapy.
-
While both can support growth, they serve very different purposes.
Therapy focuses on your mental health and emotional well-being. We explore the underlying patterns that influence how you show up in your work and your life, including anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, relationships, and emotional regulation.
Business coaching typically focuses on business strategy, marketing, sales, revenue growth, or operational planning.
My work is unique because I blend psychological insight with an understanding of leadership and entrepreneurship. Rather than teaching business tactics, I help you develop the mindset, resilience, and self-awareness needed to make confident decisions and build a business that aligns with your values.
-
Yes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and private practice owner, I enjoy supporting therapists who are building, growing, or refining their practices.
Whether you’re navigating the transition into private practice, struggling with imposter syndrome, establishing boundaries, developing your leadership style, or trying to build a business that feels aligned with who you are, I provide a space to think strategically while staying connected to your values.
Support may be provided through therapy, clinical supervision, or strategic consulting depending on your goals and where you’re located.
-
Yes. Strategic Consulting is designed for individuals who are looking for guidance around leadership, decision-making, business growth, or professional development without receiving mental health treatment.
Consulting is not therapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, we focus on present-day challenges, strategic thinking, leadership development, and creating sustainable approaches to growing your business or career.
If at any point it seems like therapy would better support your goals, we’ll have an open conversation about the options available.

Your nervous system influences how you respond to stress, uncertainty, conflict, and change, all of which are part of leadership.
When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it’s common to experience decision fatigue, emotional reactivity, perfectionism, difficulty delegating, people-pleasing, or constant feelings of urgency.
Learning to regulate your nervous system doesn’t mean eliminating stress. It means developing the ability to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting automatically. As your capacity to regulate increases, many leaders find they communicate more effectively, make clearer decisions, establish healthier boundaries, and create businesses that feel more sustainable instead of constantly overwhelming.
