Stress is not always loud. Sometimes it lives quietly in the background until it begins affecting your relationships, body, emotions, choices, and sense of self.
A little stress can help us focus, respond, or notice when something needs attention. But when stress becomes chronic, it can feel like survival mode. You may notice racing thoughts, procrastination, anxiety, emotional shutdown, resentment, low energy, body tension, gut issues, sleep problems, pain, skin changes, weight fluctuations, addictive patterns, or the feeling that something is wrong with you.
Our stress often forms in relationship, beginning with our earliest experiences of safety, connection, separation, and care. The relationships we grew up in, have now, long for, and have with ourselves shape how we experience stress, love, conflict, trust, and emotional safety.
Many of the patterns we struggle with are learned protective strategies. They may have helped us stay connected, avoid rejection, manage conflict, keep the peace, or feel safe. These patterns do not mean you are broken. They are signals worth understanding.
Certified NET (Neuro Emotional Tech) Provider, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Relationship Coach
The phrase “it runs in the family” may explain where a pattern began, but it does not have to decide where it ends.
Through Neuro Emotional Technique, relationship coaching, nutrition coaching, and a Cognitive Behavioral framework, we can work together to identify the deeper stress patterns beneath your reactions. My goal is to help you understand what your body and emotions may be trying to protect, where those patterns came from, and how to choose healthier ways to respond.
Healing is not about blaming your past or forcing yourself to “just get over it.” It is about understanding the pattern, creating emotional safety, and moving toward more peace, clarity, connection, and secure relationships.
If you’re reading this, you’ve already made the first move. You’re ready to break the cycle.
From the beginning, our experiences and relationships shape how we think, feel, connect, and respond to stress. Many behaviors begin as learned ways of adapting, staying connected, or feeling safe. We form our thoughts and behavior patterns from all the experiences we have and from the people around us. There’s no wrong behavior, there is only learned behavior.
Through NET, we can explore the stress beneath these patterns, understand where they began, and create space to choose something different.
PAIN IS THE GATEWAY TO TRANSFORMATION
I grew up learning patterns that did not create the peace or connection I wanted. Counseling gave me valuable insight, but I still felt that something was missing. NET helped me connect that understanding with meaningful change. That experience inspired my career shift and the whole-person approach I use today. But I saw how things could be from other couples and families. I yearned for better, but I couldn’t figure out how. Hours and Hours of counseling helped but I wanted more, I needed things to change faster so I could have more peace in my life.
Everything changed when I was given NET, so I made a career change. And then the doors flew wide open when I added nutrition and relationship coaching.
For lack of better words, I feel I can truly live now.
Spiritually, I am Christian. I believe in whole body healing. I am a Certified NET (Neuro Emotional Tech) provider, Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, Certified Relationship Coach.
My Approach
My approach is whole-person: mind, body, relationships, and spirit. I believe what happens in the body can affect the mind, and what happens emotionally can show up physically. Stress, relational patterns, nervous system responses, nutrition, beliefs, and life experiences can all shape how we feel, cope, connect, and move through the world.
I use a practical, compassionate, and proactive approach that draws from Neuro Emotional Technique, relationship coaching, nutrition coaching, and a Cognitive Behavioral framework. Therapy and coaching can support different parts of the healing process: therapy often helps us understand, process, and make meaning of our experiences, while coaching can help us take action, build skills, and move toward the life and relationships we want.
Neuro Emotional Technique is one of my favorite tools, but it is not mandatory. Your process should fit you. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, create emotional safety, recognize patterns, communicate more clearly, and move toward greater peace, connection, and the life you actually want to live.
What is NET?
Neuro Emotional Technique is a mind-body approach that helps identify stress patterns that may be affecting your emotions, body, behavior, and relationships. NET uses muscle testing as a way to explore how the body may be responding to specific stressors, memories, or emotional patterns.
The goal is not to force change, but to bring awareness to what may be stored beneath the surface so you can respond with more clarity, regulation, and choice.
